- Provides visionary leadership and guidance to the Board of Directors

- Lead the Design Hub and manage creative projects aligned with EF’s brand strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent, high-quality design output
- Own and evolve EF’s visual brand across digital platforms, social media, websites, reports, and internal documents
- Oversee visual design for external initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, outreach events, and EF’s website and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a small team of volunteer designers, ensuring clear task delegation and brand consistency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Communications, Talent Acquisition, Programs) to fulfill creative needs
- Develop and manage creative briefs, timelines, and quality assurance processes for efficient workflow
- Demonstrated experience in static and motion visual storytelling, with the ability to oversee the production of films, graphics, and motion graphics.
- Strong editing skills are essential, including hands-on work across video, motion, and visual formats.
- Attend weekly team meetings on Mondays
- Represent the Design Hub and present key updates and ideas at weekly Marketing meetings (Mondays), monthly meetings and other relevant leadership meetings.
- Maintain a centralized creative database, organizing and storing all design assets in the Marketing folder.
